1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the g perya platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products — you conclusively agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the g perya platform.

These Terms are in addition to, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall legal framework governing your use of g perya. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms applicable to a specific product or promotion, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your continued use of the g perya platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of g perya is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine gaming law. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the 21+ requirement cannot be verified.
• You must be physically located within the jurisdiction(s) where online gambling is legally permitted and where g perya's PAGCOR license authorizes access. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before playing.
• You must not be a professionally excluded person, a self-excluded player, or a person who has been excluded by g perya for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or company when registering or placing bets.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms under applicable Philippine law.
• Employees of g perya and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming activities on the platform.

g perya reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to require supporting documentation. Providing false information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) g perya account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If you are found to have created multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — g perya reserves the right to close all such accounts and void all associated balances and winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), g perya is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You will be required to submit at least one valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID) and may be required to provide proof of address and source of funds for higher-value accounts.

Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. g perya is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify g perya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. g perya will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

g perya accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

g perya does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are generally credited to your g perya account within minutes. In cases of technical delay, deposits will be credited within 24 hours.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, or to a verified account in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. g perya processes withdrawal requests within minutes for fully verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements and AML review procedures.

g perya reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers AML review obligations, pending identity verification, or is subject to active investigation for suspected fraud or Terms breach. The platform does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors once funds have been dispatched from g perya's systems.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the g perya platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency transactions are facilitated. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

g perya may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, or other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated. General principles applicable to all g perya promotions include:

• Bonuses are awarded for entertainment purposes and are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• g perya reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion, including where it suspects abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity in connection with promotional funds.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Players who self-exclude or who are identified as problem gamblers are not eligible for promotional offers.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the g perya platform operate according to published rules specific to each game. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating. g perya offers both RNG-certified games (slots, arcade games) and live dealer games streamed in real time from certified studios.

All RNG-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical fairness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the result recorded in g perya's server logs, the server log shall be conclusive.

g perya reserves the right to void bets placed under circumstances involving software errors, network failures, or manifest pricing errors. Players affected will be notified and stakes returned where applicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g perya platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, artificial intelligence, or other automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, live dealer staff, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors, rather than reporting them to g perya support immediately.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that, in g perya's reasonable judgment, damages the reputation or operation of the platform.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

g perya is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. All players have access to the following tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after specified play durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure available at any time by contacting g perya support.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the g perya platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from g perya.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, g perya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if g perya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

g perya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those required under Philippine consumer protection law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

g perya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Player inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

Upon termination, any balance in the account will be returned to the player after satisfaction of all applicable verification, bonus wagering, and AML requirements, unless the termination is due to fraudulent or prohibited conduct, in which case g perya may withhold and forfeit funds as permitted by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

g perya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of g perya following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the first instance, players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with g perya customer support, which will endeavour to resolve issues within 10 business days. Escalation to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process is available where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached with g perya directly.
